I have varied experience. I have experience as a VA for a travel agency where I assisted with social media management, setting up travel arrangements etc.
I have about 1 year experience as a human resource assistant where I helped with the onboarding process for new hires, provided secretarial support to the HR manager, keeping all employees information up to date etc.
I have 2 years experience as a customer service rep where my role would entail assisting customers with any questions/ queries they would have, processing payments, technical support etc.
My current role for about 6 months as a VA for real estate company where i assisting with customer service, maintenance and insurance updates.
