In 2015, I worked for JP Morgan & Chase Bank account as an outbound sales representative offering Mortgage Refinancing to customers. In 2018, I also worked under the same account as Claims Analyst where we dispute fraudulent and non fraudulent debit card transactions. In 2020, I transferred to another Company where I worked as outbound sales representative for B2B sales including as Waychat agent where we cater customers who communicate throught chat as well as emails. After 6 months, I was asked to pilot an offshore planning account where I do supplier outreach via email, create SKUs, process PO Finance Tickets and many more.
