Mathematical Skills:
I have strong background in mathematics.
Mathematics is a fundamental intellectual tool in computing, but computing is increasingly used as a key component in
mathematical problem-solving. Discrete mathematics is the math that is used extensively in computer science. It's
used primarily to determine the running time of an algorithm. A lot of software still does solve complex math’s
problems, in that case being good at maths will help you write a better program.
Is computer science a science or math? A surprisingly common sentiment among some programmers is that
“computer science is math.” Certainly, computer science as a rigorous discipline emerged from mathematics. Now, we
consider such foundational work to be theoretical computer science. We invented real computers, which are not
theoretical devices.
Analytical skills:
I have the ability to collect, gather, visualize and analyze information in details. Analytical skills also include the ability
to see a problem or situation from different points of view. Analytical skills allow me to solve complex problems by
making decisions in the most effective way.
Analytical thinking is a critical component of visual thinking that gives me the ability to solve problems quickly and
effectively. It involves a methodical step-by-step approach to thinking that allows me to break down complex
problems into single and manageable components.
I like to get to the bottom of things - curiosity is one of my strongest motives. I want to know what holds the world
together deep down inside. Analytical thinkers, or left-brain thinkers, are straight-line thinkers. Logic, not emotion,
rules in the land of the analytical. The very traits that make an analytical person poor with people make them good
with computers.
Learning Skills:
There might be some skills those I don’t have right now, but can be learned quickly. I am an enthusiastic
learner. I’m not the master of everything but anything can be achieved and any new skill can be learned with
dedication and consistent effort, if some time-space is provided for it during job.
Soft Skills
Personality and attitude comes first, even before technical knowledge and professional experience. Value of soft-skills
is as high as technical-skills. Focusing only on technical-skills may lead to a trouble later.
Along with technical skill-set, I always try to improve my mind-set with soft skills such as attitude,
straightforwardness, trustworthiness, sincerity, truthfulness, honesty, morality, faithfulness,
righteousness, loyalty, dedication, teamwork, seriousness, blamelessness, devotion, behavior, respect,
self-learning ability, task management, fair communication & reliability, amongst others.
Soft-skills vs Technical-skills:
I prefer to work with a team member who has any of soft-skills. Focusing totally on technical-skills and ignoring softskills might be troublesome in few cases. The trouble with "technical-skills" tests is that someone can pass but still have
a bad attitude and be painful to work with (that’s why interview experts say: behavioral Interview is more important
than technical interview). Fair-minded communication skills directly correlate with good development skills.
Soft-Skills Courses:
Soft-skills along with technical-skills create a perfect work environment. Over the period of few years, I
have been tried to learn the following “Soft-skills”:
What is success for you?
Finding your passion
Benefits of doing work you love
Visionary person

Personal Traits
I don’t focus only on technical skills, but also on logical ability, motivation, cognitive aptitude, mental
health, communication, and controlled social interactions.
These points maybe helpful to understand my mind-set and character:
1. Passionate:
Fulfilling passion is necessary. Doing what actually I want to do is very important. If I'm following my passion and
doing what I like to do, then this is a great motivation for daily tasks. My passion is QA and Dev.
2. Company the FIRST:
I always try to keep this fact in mind that “whatever I do on daily basis, will create some impact on company’s
growth.” It creates a sense of dishonesty and immorality if my work is not contributing to company's overall growth.
3. Relations Management:
I’m a strong believer in teamwork and integrity. I also have some strengths in People Skills i.e. Team Management
and intra-team relations management. I’ve the ability to build productive relationships with colleagues, clients and
vendors across different functional and technical disciplines for the overall benefit of the company. Also have the
ability to think from a customer viewpoint, as well as leadership quality to some extent.
A loyal & creative professional with strong communication, analytical, interpersonal & team development skills through
promotion of teamwork spirit and motivation.
4. Cultural-fit:
When working as a freelancer cultural-fit and working attitude is very important. I have worked with variety of
employers with different cultural nuances. I can adjust myself in any new culture and time-zone i.e. ability to adapt to
multicultural environments, and to quickly adapt to the changing environment/challenges to make correct decisions. A
skilled Communicator; able to maintain cultural sensitivity, establish rapport with members of diverse groups, and
promote team cohesiveness.
5. Dedication:
I don’t focus just for “work done with quality”, but for trustworthiness, honesty, dedication and truth. I am dedicated
to assigned work. I have effectively handled projects as independent contributor.
6. Knowledge Sharing:
I try not to take myself too seriously. No egos or office politics, I like to work with a team of smart and supportive
people committed to learning and improving, with an open flow knowledge sharing to ensure that we’re always
learning from one another.
7. Minimal Supervision:
I’m Self-Motivated. Can work independently with minimal supervision and deliver work to the agreed timescale i.e.
self-starter with a commitment to work as a team member.
8. Good Learner:
I have great desire to learn. Want to continuously improve. Process of learning excites me. I’m not the master of everything
but new skill can be learned with consistent effort. I am a good learner (though a bit slow at start). I also have the ability to
quickly learn applications with minimal documentations i.e. easily adaptable to new tools and technologies.
9. Extra Time:
Willing to happily render extra time for the completion of the assigned task.
10. Self-motivated:
Generally, “Motivated developers move projects forward more than anyone else”. I also try to be like these.
11. Disciplined:
I try to be disciplined in everyday routine, that make projects successful in the long run. Disciplined people never get
comfortable pushing code they aren't proud of.
12. Consistent:
Trust is built through consistent actions, not words. I try to be proactive in communication, consistently delivering
detailed progress updates and resetting expectations when needed.
13. Responsible / Commitment:
I take ownership of my work on every project I completed, ensuring the bar for quality is raised and that they deliver
work they are proud of. This also involves the ownership of flaws/errors, if any. Whatever task is assigned to me and
how much COMPLEX it is, I never quit until job done. Nothing is impossible if someone has a strong desire to do it.
14. Constructive Thinking:
Instead of critical thinking, I believe in constructive thinking i.e. that leads towards some progress/result instead of
blaming each other. Problem solving and sound decision making capabilities coupled with interpersonal skills and
alternative solutions.
15. Planning Skills:
Clarifying a problem before deciding action. Identifying the key factors in a problem.
Developing problem in a logical way. Gathering/analysing/arranging information logically.
Setting objectives which are achievable.
Setting priorities - most important/most urgent.
Identifying the steps needed to achieve my goals.
Detail oriented and strong organizational skills.
16. Individualities:
Able to deliver high quality service with a SMILE
Can be counted for longevity.
Supporting and fostering inter-faith harmony.
Habitual reader of religious books and videos.
Goal oriented, self-motivated and optimistic.
Can recognize excellence in individuals.
Desire to obtain knowledge and continuously update my skills.
Fascinated by ideas.
Introspective and appreciate intellectual discussions
Flexible in nature. Create solutions as situations arise
Good orientation towards processes
High emotional intelligence with the ability to navigate difficult situations in a positive manner.
Very conscious about “How to spend time on daily basis?”
-
A committed work ethic with a ‘can do’ attitude (can try my best).
Exhibiting a positive attitude and optimistic approach to work.
Ability to execute ideas and new plans without extensive direction, and with minimum guidance.
Keen aptitude and good listener
Good at Logical problems.
Good written communications skills, negotiation skills
Sincerity, honesty, truthfulness and dedication with assigned work.
Honest & Hardworking
Ability to think creatively
Tony Robbins’ DISC Assessment to Understand the Personality:

Tony says self-awareness is essential to success. If you don’t understand why you’re currently doing what you’re doing,
or behaving why you are, it’s hard to cultivate positive growth. On your journey toward discovering what drives you,
it’s important to identify what’s holding you back from success, as well as your positive traits, and learn how to align
the different aspects of your personality for a life of achievement by taking the DISC index.
The DISC Assessment is provided by Tony Robbins. More than two million people have taken the 15-minute DISC test

Weaknesses:
No one is perfect in all aspects. Everyone has some plus points and some weak points, I too. Everyone has flaws but it
is the best approach to guide each other in suitable ways. I ALWAYS appreciate if someone points out any of my
weakness, and I try to overcome it.
One of my known weak point: “Slow at start of a new task”.

I am looking for the following points in my desired job:
1. Best Fit:
I am looking for a good fit. I’m interested in a role where my skill sets could benefit the company. I want to be the
best asset for the team. My main concern is locating a job that is a good fit for me. I like those managers who inspire
team members to achieve their potential while working towards common goals.
2. Job Security:
A secure job makes it easy to stay motivated and keep struggling constantly to accomplish the assigned task,
regardless of how challenging it is? I am looking for a career rather than a job; I am expecting to join a company for
an extended period of time. I want to start my mid-long term career with your company.
3. Team Cooperation:
I believe in working in a team, by helping each other to increase the overall productivity of the company.
Smooth and frictionless interaction with peers, lead, manager and BA really motivates me to be more productive for
the company.
4. Work Improvements:
Suppose I am doing task A right now. After a period of time, I should do the same task in a better way with less
amount of time. This is possible to spend some time on daily basis to learn new skills/tools to improve the quality of
assigned task.
5. Working Hours:
I like flexibility in working hours i.e. working for around 40 hours/week by choosing suitable time in day when I am
the most productive. I’m a full-time freelancer, I can adjust my time as per job requirements
6. Career Growth:
For me growth is important thing because it will help me to take my career to the next level. Growth mean enhancing
technical and professional skills. I want to grow along with the growth of the company.
7. Learning Space:
It’s very important to get some time to learn and master if anything is difficult or new to me. Anything can be achieved
with dedication and consistent effort, if some time-space is provided for it. I feel that my enthusiasm to work will help
me to do something exceptional for your company, though I may not be good at start. I also expect knowledge transfers
by other team members.
8. Salary:
As its obvious, dollar-amount is also an important factor. I am flexible in terms of salary. I can take start with your
suggested salary, however, I would be able to make a better estimation about it after 2 months.
