Shaira Fadrilan

I'm Shaira Fadrilan,  a mom, 28yrs old from Philippines. I worked as Admin Assistant and HR Supervisor/Coordinator here in Philippines. When it comes in Admin works I have a lot of experiences. In data entry I had it in my past jobs, like entering all the details of the employee and making sure that every detail is correct. Ensuring all the data are secured and confidential. In filing files you need it to be organize as well. Updating the files as you needed. Of course I did back up of the files. And I always provide the report so I can disseminate to my co employees and to my bosses. 

In admin support, I did scheduling of appointments, negotiating with the suppliers, looking for the suppliers, and answering calls. I'm hard working, able to handle work load, attention to detail and sense of responsibility. Detail-oriented, I can do multitasking when it comes in work.
