I started working when I was just 18 years old. I went into a lot of jobs before I landed my first VA Job.
I was a General Virtual Assistant at Comfort at Home for 6 Months. My main duties and responsibilities at Comfort at Home were Taking inbound calls from patients, caregivers and potential clients
• Answer inquiries via chat with potential clients using social media accounts
(Instagram and Facebook)
• Manage caregiver Job post on Facebook and Indeed
• In charge of reviewing application from applicant caregivers and Non-Medical staff
(office worker)
• Manages caregiver and patients schedule using SMARTCARE
• Finalized and double checks employees time sheet
• Make marketing materials using Canva
• Generate invoices for clients and payroll for caregivers
The main tools that we were using at Comfort at home were Nextiva, SmartCare, Zoom and Canva.
After working as a General Virtual Assistant at Comfort at home, I jumped to Real Estate Company, where i was an Inside Sales Agent/Appointment Setter and worked for 6months.
In the Real Estate Company, we had over 9000 Leads and I was handling 36 agents.
I always send emails to our agents for any Notifications and Highlight the Important one. Following up with them through emails and calls were one of my priorities. Sending them through email their number of DUE Leads and Hot Leads waiting for a follow up. I work alongside with Realtors and Brokers.
My top priorities were

• Reassigning Leads to Agents
• Follow up Agents with their Lead Status and
• Weekly Vital Reports for Agent’s Status
My 3rd VA job was at Equity TRack INC. now known as Twin Home Buyer. It is also a Real Estate Company. This company is more of Buy and Sell and/or quick flipping of houses.That time I worked with Investors. In that company I was handling 5 platforms and all were Lead generating platforms. I also have people under my department, who helped me to finish and reach out to those leads I had. In a month I was able to contact atleast 50,000 leads in any way possible.
