At the start of my career with Continental (now United) I served in the Reservations Division, first as a sales agent and then as a staffing analyst. After achieving one of the top selling spots, I was soon working with elite frequent flyer customers. Later I was promoted to the staffing analyst role. There I researched and worked with large data sets of call volumes, call handling times and available staff to accurately forecast required agents needed. This was at six call centers across the United States.
For more than a decade, I have worked in a variety of international contexts. I have devoted the bulk of my career to understanding and serving the needs of international organizations. Indeed, with my experiences in various industries, a diverse cultural background, skills set and relevant education I would prove to be an asset to any organization.
