As a Support Engineer, I have supported multiple products (on-premise, AI, SaaS, mobile apps, etc..) using both Zendesk and JIRA. Apart from that I've also built knowledge bases, designed and developed apps, and right now, I'm working as an assistant manager to Crossover's Product University. Skills include: Windows Development, Web design + Development, electronics, professional communication, presentations, building reports, automation engineering. I love electronics, enjoy playing video games, am addicted to black tea and have a design OCD.
