As my resume indicates, I have 7+ years experience in Customer Service, working with chat, email, and phone as well as 3 years in Content Moderation. I have worked in CS, HR, Content Moderation and Administration areas and have alot of experience dealing with customers,as I have worked for companies like Hewlett Packard, Panduit and Brandbastion Moderation.
I am fully trilingual in Spanish, Portuguese and English, I was born in Mexico but have Brasilian nationality as well and speak native both. I have lived in Mexico (Guadalajara), United States (Birmingham AL, Houston TX, Sioux Falls SD) and Brasil (Rio de Janeiro).
