I’m a seasoned IT professional with over 20 years of experience in systems administration, IT infrastructure management, cybersecurity, and leading technical teams. My background spans several sectors including education, engineering, professional services, and media, where I’ve consistently delivered stable, secure, and efficient IT environments.

My technical expertise covers a broad range of systems and tools including Windows Server, Active Directory, VMware, Hyper-V, Veeam, Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Power BI, SQL Server, SCCM, Sophos, CrowdStrike, and Fortinet. I’ve led projects involving server migrations, virtualisation, network design, backup solutions, and security audits. Whether it’s implementing disaster recovery strategies or optimising system performance, I focus on aligning IT with business goals to deliver measurable results.

As an IT Manager at The Third Floor, I led the London team responsible for securing content and managing global network improvements for major film clients. At the Society of Operations Engineers, I streamlined hybrid workplace technologies and improved reporting through Power BI. While at Gunnersbury Catholic School, I redesigned the virtual environment and significantly reduced login times and downtime—boosting productivity across the board.

Earlier in my career, I spent eight years managing IT and business systems for Jacques Hau, where I introduced virtual infrastructure and transitioned key systems to the cloud. Before that, I worked as a consultant helping manufacturing clients implement ERP systems and train thousands of users on business-critical software.
