I worked as a Customer Service Representative in Tel-co Account and Technical Support in Australia's largest telecommunication company.

Also experienced to work in Financial account dealing with Loan applications as a Loan Processor agent and also dealing with clients through phone, email and social media.

Promoted as a Senior Member/Team Leader and was able to handle the team with good score and good teamwork. Part of our task as Team Lead, we are also assigned to do admin tasks such as payment allocations, daily reporting and asana projects. Also assigned to check banking issues regarding funds deposits.
