As a graduate of Communication, I was honed to develop our knowledge of media, cultural studies and business alongside theoretical and practical skills. We focus on communication courses relating to all forms of communications.
I am an Amazon Ecommerce VA. Some of my tasks include but were not limited to Amazon Seller Management, EBC, writing product descriptions, product listing, image editing, infographics, and customer service. Although I have experience with Amazon I may still have a couple of setbacks that may require training.
When it comes to customer service, I was trained in AT&T for years as a customer service representative and later on was promoted to a Subject Matter Expert, therefore, responding to emails, establishing customer’s needs and wants and going beyond the extra mile is not an issue. Google docs, Google sheet, MS platform utilization such as excel, word and powerpoint l is not a problem since I’ve been constantly using it. I can create simple tables, graphs and add formulas but haven’t tried pivot and vlookups but I can look that up on YouTube or over the internet.
I am well-trained to any general administrative tasks. I've been working with clients in the US and the UK for years outside Hubstaff. I am just getting started with Hubstaff but I can show you a portfolio of my previous tasks if needed. Rest assured, I am a fast learner. If you give me a brief overview or teach me basic procedures on how the tasks are done I will do it for you. I am very much interested to have an interview with you on your own convenient time.
