After obtaining a Diploma for Associate in Information Technology, I started working with OTB Marketing. The primary role for which I was hired first focus mainly with research associate. Our client's business started to grow, they appointed me to build up our own office, assemble all the computers and hire people. Everything was doing good, suddenly our client decided to stop the operation. That is the time, I applied for BPO industry under Airline company. I served different level of expertise. Started as general reservation then I got trained up to advanced ticketing process. I was torn into choosing between work and my kids. So I end up venturing the world of freelancing. I got lucky to be a part of Research team that is offering really good salary. However our team was dissolved due to company's compensation problem. Now I am in seek of another suitable opportunity.
