BitMart Registration process Creating a BitMart account: 1. Go to www.bitmart.com 2. Click on the Get Started button in the upper right corner. 3. Create an account: 3.1. Add your email 3.2. Create a password 4. Make sure to mark the chekbox to certify you are 18 years of age and that you agree to the User Agreement and Privacy policy. 5. Check your email inbox for the BitMart registration mail. 6. Open the mail and copy the 6-digit verification code: 7. Go back to BitMart and paste the verification code into the prompt box. Setting up 2-factor verification: 1. After you register successfully, you will be redirected to the BitMart homepage. 2. In the upper right corner, click on the dropdown menu and select „Account“. You will be propmted to sesecure your account with 2-factor authentication, using one of the available options: Google Authenticator app or your Phone. If you selected your Phone as the authentication method, follow the instructions in the Phone authentication section. If you selected Google Authenticator app as the authentication, follow the instructions in the Google Authenticator app section. Phone authentication: 1. Select your contry’s telephone prefix from the drop down menu  You can type the first 2-3 letters of your contry’s name to narrow down the selection 2. Add your phone number. 3. Click on Send . 3. Check your phone for the SMS with the verification code. 4. Type the 6-digit verification code into the SMS code box. Google Authenticator app: 1. If you don’t already have the Google authenticator app, you can download it by clicking on the Download on Google Play/Apple store button 2. Open the Google authenticator app and click on Scan a QR code: 3. Use Google Authenticator app your phone to scan the code on BitMart website (2FA authentication page) 4. Google Authenticator app will immediately provide you with a 6-digit code: 5. Type the 6-digit verification code to BitMart authentication page. Verify your identity: Level 1 1. In the Account Level: Level 0 section, click on Detail 2. Click on the Verify Now button in the Level 1 - Starter section. 3. Add basic information about yourself: a. Select your Country from the drop-down menu. b. Add your First name and Last name. c. Add your date of birth. d. Click on Confirm. 4. After you complete identity verification Level 1, click on Continue. Identity verification Level 2: After you completed Level 1 and clicked Continue, BitMart automatically redirected you to Identity verification Level 2. 1. Open your QR scanner (camera) on your phone and scan the QR code on your browser screen. 2. Continue the verification process using your phone. You will be redirected to Bitmart site where you can provide your ID information. a. Select the ID issuing country from the drop down menu. b. Select the type of ID you want to use for verification (Passport, Driver’s licence or Identity card). c. Select how you want to provide photo of your ID (Take photo with your phone or Upload a photo): d. If you selected „Take photo“ as the upload method, make sure to Allow BitMart to use your camera for this purpose. e. Click „Start“ to take a photo of the front side of your ID document. f. Make sure to capture the whole ID and that the details are readable. If everything is ok, click Confirm. g. Click “Start” to take a photo of the back side of your ID document: h. Make sure to capture the whole ID and that the details are readable. If everything is ok, click Confirm. 3. You will be redirected to Face verification. Click Start. 4. A frame will appear on your phone screen. a. Make sure to center your face and fill out the the oval frame. b. If your face does not fill out the frame, the scanner will ask you to move closer. BitMart will check and confirm the quality of the scanned image of your face. If the quality is not satisfactory, please repeat the Face verification process. 5. After your image quality check has been completed, you may close your phone browser. 6. Go back to the BitMart website on your PC browser and click on “I have completed this on my phone” button. 7. Check your email inbox for the Account verification result. Your account is now verified.
