• Customer Complaint Analytics:
Extracted and transformed data from Fabrics Warehouse, SAP, and Orion databases using SQL and
Python to monitor and visualize key customer complaint KPIs. Built interactive Power BI
dashboards showing complaint counts by factory location, product, and SKU. Categorized
complaints by type and description, and grouped them by origin (location, SKU, factory) to identify
recurring issues and drive root cause analysis for quality improvements.
• Noodle Weighment Performance Monitoring:
Developed a robust Power BI dashboard to track noodle weight compliance, leveraging SQL
queries on data from Orion and SAP. Analyzed underweight and overweight trends by SKU,
production line, and across monthly and yearly periods. Calculated Sigma levels to measure
process capability and support operational efficiency initiatives.
• Monthly Oil Variance Report:
Automated the generation of a monthly oil variance report using SQL and Power BI, comparing
actual oil consumption to standard benchmarks across production units. Provided insights to
management for cost control, process optimization, and waste reduction.
• Production Summary Report:
Designed and delivered a detailed Production Summary Report for the noodles production team.
The report provided insights into daily and monthly production output, scrap rates, and material
variances, particularly flour and oil. Supported decision making by highlighting production
efficiency and waste reduction opportunities using data pulled from SAP.
