I ran my own tech business in the UK for 13 years, built the business myself from scratch and at its peak had 5 employees working in the store. I am very customer focused and always told my employees customer service is key, a happy customer will be a returning customer. I am now looking forward a new challenge in my working life built around the skills I learnt while running my own business. I dealt with any customer queries or complaints personally and also did my own accounts and invoicing etc.
