I’m Samson Agbede, an experienced IT Support Engineer with over a decade of hands-on experience in network installations, system administration, and providing technical support across diverse settings. My career started with a strong foundation in IT infrastructure setup, network maintenance, and system administration, with roles spanning various industries, including corporate and government sectors.

Throughout my career, I’ve developed expertise in configuring and maintaining LAN/WAN networks, troubleshooting complex technical issues, and ensuring seamless IT operations. I've worked extensively with clients to provide on-site and remote support, ensuring adherence to service level agreements and delivering solutions that improve efficiency. My experience includes supporting high courts in South Africa through the installation and maintenance of Digital Courtroom Recorder Systems (DCRS), which enhanced courtroom processes, and managing IT infrastructure projects, ensuring that they meet strict deadlines and budgets.

In my current role as a Tech Support Engineer at Bert Technologies, I manage everything from network installations to gadget configuration, and I also offer drone piloting services for capturing aerial footage in tech projects. I’m passionate about leveraging technology to solve complex problems and streamline operations, and I enjoy working collaboratively with teams to achieve client objectives.

With certifications in Microsoft Server administration and Cisco WLAN, I’m continuously expanding my knowledge to stay updated with the latest IT trends, ensuring I provide top-notch service to my clients.
