I started my career in the year 2012 in Sales, as a Field Sales Executive with UAC FOODS LTD. With the support of my line manager, I was able to revamp the Route To Market (RTM) from Primary warehouse to third primary warehouse, and then to distributor, by introducing direct delivery of stock to primary distributor. This model cut off; the bureaucracy in getting stock, the high selling cost, indirect distribution management etc. The revamp was recognised by management, and became a model for the entire business. This earned me growth. I had trainings on, Professional Selling Skills (2013), Handling Complaints and Objections (2014), Leadership Skills for Supervisor and Managers (2014), Sales and Sales Management (2016). I left 2017.

I left for SC Johnson family company as a Sales Operations Manager South South. While working with here, I introduced a vehicle maintenance log sheet for the redistribution vans to ensure proper maintenance of the van. Also supervised in-store display at every outlet. I had training on Aggressive Penetration Strategies: Battle for market share (2018). I left 2019.

I joined C Success Multi Services Ltd. in 2019 as a pioneer Sales Manager. I introduced a retail channel model as against the existing open market model. I grew the product presence from 6 states to 14 states in Nigeria. Engaged sales representatives in every states to grow product visibility and accessibility. I left 2022.

I joined Medbury Medical Services in 2022 as a pioneer Regional Sales Manager, South South. This is a switch from Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) to Health Care Services. Also from B2C to B2B. We were the foremost provider of COVID-19 testing in Nigeria during the pandemic, and the leaders in International Oil Companies (IOC's) medical service providers to the IOC's and their contractors. As the pioneer Regional Sales Manager, I oversee a team of account relationship managers, I grew the clientele portfolio, I grew business revenue and button line, and managed the work tools. Ensure client satisfaction for both corporate and walk in clients. I had a training on New Product and Product Management (2022). I'm currently working here.
