My career began in automotive sales, where I spent more than a decade growing from frontline responsibilities into operations management. This journey gave me a strong commercial understanding of customer behavior, dealer networks, and the operational challenges that automotive businesses face. After building this foundation, I expanded into aftersales management, further strengthening my ability to analyze performance, manage teams, and optimize customer service processes.

In recent years, I have focused on digital transformation within the automotive sector, specializing in CRM systems, Power Platform solutions, and Microsoft Dynamics 365. I have developed and administered CRM platforms, ensuring that organizations can better understand and engage their customers. My experience includes designing workflows, automating customer journeys, and integrating CRM with broader business applications. Through this work, I have provided CRM consultation services that help businesses not only maintain clean and reliable data but also use that data to drive decision-making and improve customer retention.

Alongside CRM consultation, I have hands-on expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and Finance & Operations (F&O).
