My career in corporate was in the IT industry and worked mostly in IT distribution and then contracted to Cisco where I managed IT distributors and telcos in Africa which included Vodafone as the main client.

When I left corporate i used my skills in assisting small companies in streamlining their processes and assisted with several roles in their companies such as billing, payroll, E-filing, medical aid claims, email management.

When I onboard a new client i ensure I learn any software they are using to upskill myself and I am tech savvy so manage to ensure I know the software they are using to not impact my services to anyone.
