 I have two years experience as a Human Resources assistant to the HR Director.

My tasks involves day-to-day HR operations and general administrative and clerical obligations such as, Drafting of Documents, File Management, Email Management, Filing, Research, Data entry, Customer services, Written and Oral communication skills, Processing of HR related documentations, and Involvement with labor disputes and practices.

  Further, I was primarily tasked to assist our legal counsel with respect to labor complaints and practices, mitigating company's risk of liability or unfair labor practices, as well as disposition of employee's concerns and incident reports. One of my major accomplishments is the drafting of the "Notice of Termination" and "Show cause orders", which was made as the standard template of the Company.  

   Lastly, I consider myself as a reliable person, I can execute any task as per instruction and deliver the same within the prescriptive period; I am also dedicated, I can take on any task and deliver the same more than expected; I can adapt easily, this means I am flexible in a sense that I can perform multiple tasks either, independently or as a team player, whether under pressure or not.
