I am a vibrant 29-year-old Kenyan with a solid foundation in hospitality and customer service. After completing my Graduate Diploma in Hospitality, specializing in Front Office Management, in 2019, I embarked on an exciting career path that combined both traditional and online work. My time in the hospitality industry equipped me with valuable skills in customer service, communication, and problem-solving, all of which have contributed to my diverse professional journey.

For two years, I worked at a prestigious 5-star hotel, ( Sarova Hotels Kenya) where I honored my skills in front office management. This role involved interacting with guests, handling inquiries, managing reservations, gained marketing skills and ensuring that guests had a seamless and pleasant experience. My ability to stay calm under pressure, attention to detail, and excellent interpersonal skills helped me succeed in the fast-paced environment of the hospitality industry.

In 2021, I made a strategic decision to transition into online work. I found a new avenue in transcription, article writing, and assignment writing. This move allowed me to explore my passion for writing while still making use of my customer service experience. Over the years, I have built an impressive portfolio, gaining valuable experience in various online tasks that demand attention to detail, creativity, and strong communication skills.
