Thank you for taking your time to go through my profile. I am a Kenyan citizen lady currently looking for a position in Administration Department to start immediately and offer service in either of the following positions: Virtual Assistant, Customer Service Experience, Personal Assistant and Office Administrator. Careerwise, I am looking for stability, learning and growth while offering services remotely on full time basis.

Customer service goes beyond responding to inquiries. It involves human connection through listening and empathy; and within the organisation, it calls for teamwork and quality consistent service while observing ethics and company policies.

I understand the discipline and commitment that comes while working remotely having been exposed to hybrid and remote working systems.

I am a fast learner, who also believes in continous learning and self development and improvement. I am also very good in communicating; both written and verbal which also comes with proofreading a skills I learnt while working with publishing houses.

What pushes me is setting my personal targets which enables me to meet my clients targets and expectations which has always been a plus for me.

I have a good and stable internet connection, a laptop and a quite room that serve me as an office.
