I have over 5 years of customer service in my background, both on and off the phones. I have always believed in going above and beyond for the customers and am a very detail-oriented person. I have also been doing data entry in most of the jobs that I have been employed in and always getting the job done promptly while always making sure it's top quality. I'm also a person that is open to constructive criticism and feels that it's a good way to grow in different areas in your work environment. Being a people person, I love to engage with all of my customers and make sure that every one of them leaves with a great experience.
