My name is Sahida Begum, and I am a dedicated and detail-oriented professional with over four years of experience in the Merchant Acquiring and Payment Services industry. I hold a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Delhi University, completed in 2017, and have since built a strong foundation in operations, backend support, and service management.

I began my career at Axis Bank, where I worked in the Merchant Acquiring Business Operations (EDC Department) from August 2021 to September 2023 through Quest Corporate Ltd. During this period, I was responsible for handling end-to-end merchant onboarding, resolving EDC terminal issues, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring smooth transactional flows for retail and fuel merchants. This role honed my problem-solving abilities and helped me develop strong coordination and multitasking skills.

Currently, I am employed at ICICI Merchant Services Department (on the payroll of Hinduja Global Solutions with Fiserv) since September 2023. In my present role, I manage backend operations and merchant support activities for major clients, including HPCL, IOCL, and BPCL. My responsibilities include addressing merchant and provider payment issues, resolving terminal breakdowns, and ensuring quick turnaround times for service-related queries. I use tools such as Excel, PivotTable, Gmail, Salesforce (for raising and tracking SRs), CRM, and internal ticketing systems to manage daily operations efficiently.
