I have worked full time in corporate sector for more than 17 years and have extensive customer interfacing experience.
I have been a part of top companies like Airtel and IBM and have worked for numerous Indian and International Clients.
I have worked at all levels , starting from technical to a team lead to a service delivery lead , and across all time zones.
My Previous assignment was as a service delivery manager for IT Infrastructure Management with IBM India Private Limited. As part of that assignment I have managed multiple US/Canada Accounts at a time from the perspective of end to end account management and delivery.
