Job Responsibilities: • • • • • • • • • Preparing and processing the monthly corporate payrolls for Management and nonmanagement employees through WPS for UAE Employees. Transferring salaries to overseas employees (Ethiopia, Ghana, Syria, Afghanistan and Malaysia) through Priority payment on HSBC online system Handling payroll for 800+ management employees using ORACLE ERP SOFTWARE (Ver. R 12.1.3) Direct involvement with ORACLE ERP team to implement ORACLE ERP HR software systems for payroll. Handling all ORACLE Software queries from UnitHR related to payroll. Coordinating with employees and the Bank executive for opening salary Accounts and updating details to Accounts department. Maintaining Personnel files and other related HR files and documents. Preparing Salary certificates, NOC letters for visa purpose, salary transfer letter, Experience Certificates & Bank loan Undertaking letters for employees needed Requesting fund transfer to finance department / Treasury by 26th of every month, for Salary Transfer before 28th of every month. • • • • • • • • • • • • Ensuring timely transfer of all salary elements to pay to the bank, meeting strict payroll deadlines, reconciling payments to payroll and ledger. Handling all issuance of pay slips online after payroll completion. Preparing monthly HRMIS reports to HR Directors/Managers. Preparing and calculating full and final settlement and payments with accounts to exit employees. Reconciling corporate a/c with Bank a/c, on daily basis. (Maintaining GL). Preparing Offer Letters, Arranging travel tickets for new joinees. Facilitate induction / orientation program for new employee. Responsible for collecting all relevant documents from new employees for Visa Stamping & Medical Process etc. Arranging Medical check-up, visa stamping, insurance cards & Access Cards etc..
