Responsibilities:
• Administer employee’s attendance, leaves, vacations and overall absenteeism
• Ensures the adherence of all employees to organization’s personnel rules and regulations
• Follows up with all employees concerning medical certificates for sick leaves, and out of office/absence forms
• Handel all medical insurance claims and liaise with insurance companies for employees’ collections
• Prepare Welcomes Kits for New Employee Orientation Session/ Line Managers
• Access card issuance and cancellation
• Handle and follow up on the work visa and labor contract processes
• Coordinate with the employees and the PROs
• Prepare, maintain and update the appropriate documents
• Update staff lists accordingly
• Maintenance of the HR records and systems
• Maintaining Personnel files and other related HR files and documents
Ability and Expertise :
• Working in fast paced, high transaction volume environment.
• Completing all tasks in a timely, organized and professional manner.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing.
• Maintaining all HR paperwork to ensure compliance with relevant legislation.
• Able to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Work well without supervision
• Ability to prioritize and remain focused on the essence of an issue
• Skilled at learning new concepts quickly while working well under pressure
• Proficiency in MS OFFICE,ORACLE ERP, HRNET, LOTUS NOTES Software’s
