I love to learn new technologies that makes life easier and safer then before. I am quick learner, problem solver and a dependable person. I have three years of experience working in telecommunication industry in different fields and position.
I worked for Customer Service Department. I developed communication manners, and an ability to deal with disappoint customers. Communicating customers through call, mail and chat was regular task. After years I started work with Analytic and reporting team. It was a nice time to use my skills like, Excel, SQL and Analytic. During my working time team increases performance. Other team output was more acceptable.
My other learning and teaching experience was in Telenor Health as Mentor. My duty was to ensure customer manager are having updated information, and the way of communication with consumer is perfect. Providing documentation and Contributing in Knowledge Based System was another task.
I understood some advance understanding of technology will be very helpful to get involve with great things. I became RedHat Certified System Admin and I am continuing my learning process.
I treat myself as, a skilled Customer Manager having Analytic, Reporting, Mentoring and some Technical skills.I have a nice home office. It healps to concentrate for learning & working.
