My experiences in life are diverse and spans across numerous customer service roles that range from business ownership of a coffee company, sales and business development and CX team member and finally a director role of a "high touch" CX team servicing 90 plus clients. This diverse history has equipped me with the empathy that is needed to succeed in tech and SaaS. My experience reveals that I am someone that has contributed to two startups and understands what it takes to grind it out when things get tough. I can achieve all of this while maintaining a smileĀ and exceeding the expectations of those clients served. In the end I am someone who can do business development, sales and client success and has the thick skin and experience to contribute to startups and established tech and SaaS roles.
