I began my career in the fast food industry, then a few years after, I was drawn to the BPO sector. I’ve always been skilled at bringing people together and working towards common goals.

In my current role at Infinit-O as a Configuration Specialist, the efficiency of the platform has been a personal focus — especially as it relates to data management. I maintain accurate and complete documentation including functional requirements, parameters, configuration and enrolment requirements and timelines. A couple of years back, I worked as a Team Leader in the operations, Process Trainer and Quality Control Analyst which handles patient billing, claims and verifications.

With my successful experiences and learnings in client service, team management and operations – I have gained the ability to work well with people, to think critically and detail-oriented. I believe that my skills are well-suited to this position.
