I have more than 10 years’ experience as technical support, 4 years in the field under 1 Document Corporation and 6 years in Telstra power by Ttech. My responsibilities are hardware & software diagnostic, repair & configuration. I do inbound or outbound calls and assisted customers with resolving technical issue on their computer, hardware, software, email, network and internet or any technology issues. I utilized my tools, skills and knowledge with excellent customer service. I have extensive knowledge of computer technology and have kept abreast of the frequent changes that occur in applications and hardware as technology advances. I also regularly meet all goals and have had excellent feedback provided by customers on post-call surveys. I do have 4 years’ experience I have skills and knowledge in lead generation, online research, email marketing and web design.
