Ryan Namata

H. Ryan Namata is a senior-level human resources professional with over 16 years of working in small startups, a Fortune 500 company and non-profit. He has corporate experiences in the areas of staffing, workforce and strategic planning, training and professional development, HRIS, change management and engagement. Ryan Namata is currently the head of HR at INTUS Windows, a conservation-oriented manufacturing company. Prior, he was the Senior Specialist for Chief HR Executive Engagement at the Society for Human Resource Management where he worked for 10 years. Ryan Namata is also a public speaker, primarily presenting professional development workshops to the Asian Pacific Islander community. He is currently the Board Chair of the National Association for Asian American Professionals in DC, President of Voices of SHRM Toastmasters club and Intelligence Community Heritage Council Liaison. Ryan Namata is a graduate of the University of Maryland, a certified Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR) and certified SHRM-Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP).
