Hi! My name is Ryan Marc Forte. I am an experienced Customer Service and Technical Support Representative for over 4 years and I have worked with companies such as Convergys, Teleperformance, and Telus in the past. I also have experience working at home for US-based companies providing technical support.

I still continue to improve my skills but I have knowledge in Google Apps, MS Office, Photoshop, Illustrator, AnyDesk, GoToAssist, LMI, Vonage, Nextiva, Xencall, Zoiper, and Vicidial.

I am comfortable talking to people over the phone as this is what I did mostly in my previous jobs. I am motivated, self-sufficient, and can work with minimal supervision. I am also open to learning new tools and tasks that are necessary to be able to provide quality output to my clients.
