Thank you for checking out my profile, here’s a quick overview of my skills and strengths. I am well organized, efficient and self motivated. The key to my success has been to learn quickly and to then reach for a higher personal and professional standard by seeking additional responsibilities. 

Prior to being a Business and Sales Development Manager as a freelance, I have worked in the BPO for Customer Service, Sales and being part of the leadership. Started as an agent and work my up to be an Associate Manager, I was able to work with AT&T, Sprint, Verizon and Telstra from Australia, Also with Expedia and have done cold calling for a timeshare account. 

I oversee quality and operation performance of my team, coaching and doing daily huddle to make sure each and every member will perform their best everyday.

My goal has always been to exceed the expectations of both my employer as well as my customer.
