I had been working in the BPO industry for 8 years before I decided to take the work in my doorstep so I can enjoy spending time with my family at the same time earning and providing for the needs of everyone as a father like me should do. When I was still an office based worker, I dealt with a lot of accounts. I worked as a Travel and Reservation specialist in a hotel reservations account where I eventually became a point of contact and subject matter expert. I was a CSATisfier awardee for several months as well. I was a Customer Care Agent, Customer Service and Sales Support representative and Email support for HSN, AMEX travel, and others. I had experiece in outbound cold calling, working as a Sales expert for Office Supplies and Canadian furnaces too. Right now, I am a freelancer accepting various worksheet tasks, like filling out the sheet with personal data, such as mailing and property address of selected people in The U.S. Another freelance job that I do during my free time is being an adult chat moderator and supervisor, working remotely for a company based in Australia but has a sattelite office here in The Philippines. Right now, I am on a part time and contract based that is about to finish,working as a Cold Calling Specialist for a Phoenix based real estate start up company. Our market is Arizona property owners, specifically focused in Maricopa county.
