The results from these user tests were fed into the design and development backlogs in order improve the usability of the app. • Some the user tests included, one-on-one user interviews, video capture of the user interacting with the app on a device and quick guerilla-style user testing in the hallways of our office building in order to get quick feedback regarding a specific design challenge.
