I've been working in BPO industry for 5 years now. For all the years I'm spending time in BPO company I have master how to handle the billing issues and how to be a best cusomer service representative.That's the reason I was appointed as a SME in my previous account. I worked also as FBA Lead Generator way back in 2018. And as a Assitant for handling renewals and to sell domain name, proudly to say as a team we was able to sold 48,000 domains. Right now I am handling Small Business Retention and Sales Account for a one of the biggest service provider and working as well as Admin/Logistics Assistant for EngageMedia.org as my part time job.
