About

As a Bookeeper I can;

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger
  • Process and reconcile financial transactions, including invoices, payments, and deposits
  • Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
  • Perform daily bookkeeping tasks, including data entry, reconciliations, and journal entries
  • Provide financial support to other departments as needed
  • Maintain compliance with accounting standards and regulations

As a Virtual Assistant I can;

Calendar Management: Schedule and manage client appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.

Email Management: Respond to emails, draft correspondence, and manage client inboxes.
