Calendar Management: Schedule and manage client appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Email Management: Respond to emails, draft correspondence, and manage client inboxes.
Research & Data Entry: Conduct online research, gather information, and enter data into spreadsheets and databases.
Administrative Support: Prepare presentations, reports, and other documents as needed.
Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Social Media Management: Assist with social media posting, engagement, and community building (if applicable).
Personal Errands: Run errands on behalf of clients e.g. bill payments.
Other duties as assigned: Perform a variety of other tasks as needed to support client needs
