I worked in the BPO or call center industry for 9 years. I experienced being a Customer Service Representative for 7 years (as a Travel Specialist, Book Sales Customer Service Support in a Publishing Company, Technical Support for an Accounting Software company) and Account Job Interviewer. I am well versed in both verbal and email communication.
All of these work experiences taught me how to be most efficient in my tasks and how to multitask. I am goal-oriented person and can handle well under pressure. I am flexible and a team player. I can work with minimal
supervision and makes sure to beat the deadlines.
