I am Rustom Calusa, I started working in the BPO industry in 2019. I worked as a customer service agent for almost 2 years and it became my expertise now I am a Team Leader who managed people's performance in the same industry.

I am also a Certified Digital Marketer. I have experience in digital marketing by posting an advert on social media to promote our services or products.

I have a lot of ambition and desire. I regularly establish objectives for myself because I enjoy difficulties and need something to work toward. I don't enjoy taking things easy, and I'm constantly seeking ways to improve and excel.
