Russell Parrott

I am a former UK University lecturer and work placed qualification assessment in business, marketing, customer service, and information technology. 

When in full-time education I developed, managed, deployed & implemented "Ambitions" an award-winning European Union funded further education programme aimed at improving customer service, individual skill levels and business development in the Welsh hospitality industry.

I also developed a 360-degree training management solution for a major UK utility operator.  

I believe that training is important because it helps employees learn the specific skills they need to perform their jobs effectively while training management is equally important because it helps ensure that training is delivered effectively and efficiently.

For businesses to deliver business excellence the relationship and interactions between all business functions must work in harmony, training and training management is an essential ingredient when delivering business excellence and is key to customer satisfaction.

I use my skills and experience to help businesses develop and grow. 

I am also a founding member of the Tripadvisor Restaurant Customer Council.
