I developed my service desk and leadership skills with a leading outsourcing, business services, and technical solutions contractor. I was able to serve at every level of service desk operations including my current role consulting on the creation and implementation of new service desks as a service desk expert.
My most fulfilling role was working one on one developing agents and seeing them thrive in their jobs. This naturally translated into improved service desk performance and satisfied clients. My training development experience ranges from teaching database query languages to soft skills training for classes of 2 to 30. I have successfully managed cross-functional teams to provide world-class customer service and I would like to do the same as a member of the team.
