I have worked in the BPO industry for 4 years. I have a background in Customer Service, Technical Support and Sales. I have handled different accounts like Amazon, Kindle, Comcast/Xfinity, SiriusXM, and Xlibris Publishing. I also have an experience as an Administrative Assistant and Field Supervisor. I am looking for a remote or homebased job, either part-time, full-time or project-based, preferably as a Virtual Assistant, Customer Service Representative, Email/Chat Support, Appointment Setter or Data-Entry Specialist. I am knowledgeable in Canva, Trello, Discord, Salesforce CRM, Social Media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, YouTube), Google applications. I am self-motivated and my greatest asset is I learn quick.
