I began working for this brand when it was just Dappertime, then we launched Swole
O'clock and I was required to handle customer service on both Dappertime and Swole
O'clock simultaenously. Then we launched Forgewear, and I was required to handle
customer service for that brand as well. Recently, Swole O'clock was rebranded to SForce, a transition I was an integral part of. I've been working for this company since
May 2015. Apart from provding customer support via emails, chat and phones, I also
managed their social media, which included replying to comments and messages on
Facebook, Instagram and Twitter. I was also responsible for checking flagged orders,
getting them approved with our fraud prevention services Signifyd and Apruvd,and
training new representatives as the team grew.

company called Harbour Freight Tools and we sold all kinds of equipments where my
