I am a team player. I'm also a positive, detailed oriented and self-motivated person. I’ve been working in the BPO industry since 2000. I started as a customer service representative and then I was promoted to a CSR Supervisor’s Group in the Telecommunication Industry that handled all supervisory calls. After 4 years, I decided to get out of my comfort zone and start working in a different account, I, fortunately, got a job from another BPO that handles medical claims. I also handled technical support and sales account.
In 2018, I decided to start a career online. I have a strong work ethic and the ability to manage task in a professional manner within a short time frame while providing exceptional skills in servicing the customer. I am able to learn new duties quickly and adjust to changes within the position assigned.
