I have been working with the BPO industry for more than 6 years. I was an American English Language Trainer for a year at my most recent job. I have a very good attention to details. I work very well with a team or alone with minimal supervision. I learn quickly and I am able to adapt to new working environments. I am available all week and I am willing to work the night shift. I am also very much oriented with MS office as part of my daily objective was to input data in both MS excel and MS word. Creating learning materials for my classes also made me efficient with MS powerpoint.
