Hi there! My name is Roxanne Roperez. I'm 31 years old from the Philippines.

I have been a Customer Service Representative for almost 4 years as a chat and email support and taking inbound calls. Prior to that, I was a Quality Assurance Leader for 2 years and in-charge of some Data Entry jobs, setting team members Training schedules, and a Trainer for those newly hired members.

I recently enrolled in an Online Academy to be a Certified Virtual Assistant on top of learning and developing my skills.
