I worked as a customer service representative for two years in a BPO company. I handled a prepaid communications account in the US. My job is to help and assist customers who wanted to activate their new phone, assist them to top up money, help them with technical issues with troubleshooting. I also have 6 months experience as a chat/email support with the leading online fashion shop in Australia. Our job is to assist customer track their orders. For cancellation and delayed delivery. 

I started working home-based 2 years ago. My first online job as an appointment setter with American Insurance Benefits for more than a year. I got a part-time job from Up Work as a Virtual Assistant required for research work and data entry. I then became part of Sidekicks for 1 year as an email and chat support. I then became part of the escalations team. I was also assigned to manage the social media account using sprout social. And responsible for reshipping and refund.

I am dependable and can be counted upon to finish the work given to me. It will always be my responsibility to finish my work well and in a timely manner. I am able to learn quickly and carry out my job responsibilities. Just like my previous job. I feel I can use the same skills and hard work to do well on any job given to me.

My greatest strength is that I have a lot of initiative. I am always looking for a better way to do things at work. I give the best of my abilities in every endeavor I take. My weakness is that I am the type of person or is very hard on myself. I am always expecting myself to do a little bit more. I never like to leave work until I have everything finished completely.
