I am a Chat Support Specialist for car dealerships for almost 9 years now. I also have 5 years of call center experience and worked on different accounts like Telcos, Domain, Airlines and Internet providers. I am equipped with knowledge in different online applications like MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), Google Apps (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Spreadsheet), Canva, Dropbox, WordPress and many more. I am resourceful, proactive, a quick learner, and hardworking. I have the ability to multitask, able to handle multiple duties and responsibilities without sacrificing the quality of work.
