I graduated with a degree in Computer Engineering Technology from the Technological University of the Philippines – Manila, and I've been in the BPO industry since 2013. Over the years, I’ve worked with various accounts, from financial services like Western Union and PayPal to technical support with AT&T. When the pandemic hit, I transitioned into a Virtual Assistant role for a Florida-based insurance agency.
Most recently, I’ve worked with BARK Global Inc., providing chat and email support for customers with dog toy and food subscriptions. My experience in a fast-paced, remote environment helped me develop strong communication skills, and I’m well-versed in CRM and tracking systems like Slack, Gladly and Shopify. I've also handled administrative tasks to ensure seamless client communications while keeping everything organized and up to date. I’m passionate about using innovative tools to streamline processes and deliver exceptional results for the customers.
